October 2017 Update

It has been a long time since we have updated everyone with the progress of our beta testing. Firstly, we would like to thank everyone who has registered. Secondly, we would like to give a special shout-out to those of you who have contacted us with concerns, questions and feature requests.

We want to let you know that we are always listening and will strive to make our platform yours. As our end mission is to take the work and cut it down to get your back to the things you love!

That being said!

Over the past six months, we have been working very hard on a massive upgrade to our platform. We originally thought we could release some of it in increments and let you see some of the hard work earlier. However, we have re-examined our time frame and scope of the changes and realize that the time frame should be closer to next year. We are very sorry for the long wait but we want to make sure everything is working and looking better than ever.

To give you an idea of the scope of the changes we have made, take a look at some of the things we have been working on:

  • Tasks
    • Users will be able to create their own tasks
    • Teams will be able to create, assign and adjust tasks for individual players
  • Recruitment
    • Create and manage a recruitment request for players to apply
  • Placeholders
    • Redesigned how individuals can create teams on your behalf
  • User Interface redesign
    • New notifications
    • User-specific dashboard to bring their information to the very front.

There are several major adjustments that create a faster, more reliable experience that we have not mentioned above.

Working on a big improvement

Our largest upgrade to date

Our beta testers have spoken and wished us to create an easier more user-friendly platform and so we are!

Our original platform was primarily designed for team managers and lacked an integrated focal point for players. We have shifted the platform to focus on multi-team support to allow players so view all relevant information for all teams more quickly while increasing manager’s controls.  Now players can stay informed of all their teams in one convenient spot.

The controls for managers will become increasingly streamlined as we have shifted players to their own areas.  The upgrade will translate into even less time managing and more time doing the things you love.

Version 0.30

We are happy to announce our latest release! The release has a heavy emphasis on increased league support.

The new version includes the following updates:

  1. League support
    1. Created league invitation cards.
      1. Users can print out multi-sized cards on their computer and hand them out to other league members
    2. Increased manager support features on league pages
      1. Send messages to league managers
      2. Apply to become a league manager or remove other league managers
      3. Bulk add games to all league managers
      4. Added calendar view to the league schedule
      5. Ability to view past leagues

    1. Created a new search page to look for teams, clubs, players, and facilities
  3. URL
    1. Automatically be forwarded to your last page before timeout.
  4. Activities
    1. Adjusted the facility list to accommodate auto-generated texts
    2. Streamlined adding and editing activities with less required fields while obtaining the same information
  5. Minor upgrades to the media support
  6. General bug fixes and minor fixes
    1. Refined the theme colors
    2. increased performance
