To ensure efficient communication, task notifications can be sent to each member, which allows team members to keep abreast of changes or any additional task information.
The tasks are easily traceable through the user-friendly task menu, while user restrictions allow team members to only record their progress and view the task details, but the Team Managers have the authority to make changes to the task details.
